This is my Ikea high chair hack. I bought these high chairs but they were to tall so I decided to make them shorter so they would fit under my children class tables.

The very first thing I did was went to the store to buy a pipe cutter.

Then I measured and marked where I wanted my cuts to be.  

Once I had my cuts measured I started cutting the pipes to the size I needed. Note I did not cut the top I cut the bottom because of the lock pin. Please watch the video on how I cut the leg.

Then I replaces the old stoppers/feet with these rubber stoppers.
